Product info: the production line is motor final assembly line to complete water jacket heating install, stator insertion into housing, electrical test, stator & rotor marriage etc. critical process to complete assembly production for motor assembly.

Project composition: water jacket heating install station, bearing heating install station, stator insertion station, electrical test station, stator & rotor marriage station, and leak test station etc., the whole line has 11 stations in total, and intelligent communication as well as MES data management system
